Hoff Construction is the general contractor for construction of this memorial monument.
The scope of work on this one-acre site involves erosion control, earth work, storm drainage utilities, board-form retaining walls and stone monument walls, colored concrete plaza, irrigation, landscaping, stone seating and electrical.
Specialty details include installation of engraved granite panels listing the military service branches and conflict panels listing Loveland veterans who served in each conflict. There are also honor and donor panels as well as flag poles, sculptures and a monument sign.
