Our scope of work included all site earthwork and utilities for the development and all structural and flatwork concrete for the new building. Site work includes clearing the site, earthwork cut and fill to grade for the lot and building pad, excavation and back fill for the building foundation, furnishing and installation of the sewer system, water system, both domestic and 6″ fire line, 24″ and 18″ storm water system, and site grading. Concrete work includes footing and foundations, building slab on the grade floor for the 16,700SF building and all site concrete, including sidewalks, ramps, curb and gutter, utility pads, bollards, light pole bases and a 42,000SF concrete parking area.
